Fun contest! One of my favorite winter meals is Spaghetti Squash Casserole, which I like better than lasagna.
We are big lovers of some Chicken Pesto Pizza. It's yummy and delicious!
One of my favorite low-fat meals is a clone for Applebee's Lowfat Blackened Chicken Salad. It can be found at :http://www.topsecretrecipes.com/recipedetail.asp?sessionid=&login=yes&id=28&agree=yes
When I'm trying to 'flavor up' healthy food, I love salsas.

Hey, I would love to be a part of your group. I really would like to shed some serious poundage I have put on in the past year.
This contest gave me the motivation to search for healthy choice recipes. I found a great resource at applesforhealth.com.
My recipe choice is the Louisana Chicken though, sounds great!

Make a huge batch freeze them and eat them every morning for weeks!
This was tough because I don't usually look online for recipes, but the "beetroot broth" on http://www.healthy-eating-made-easy.com/healthy-soup-recipes.html
is pretty similar to the borscht I like to make. I always add dill and sometimes add other vegetables or beef, and I don't usually use walnuts.
One of my favorites is a slow cooker chili from Weight Watchers. My best friend makes it a lot, and I've made it once. It's about time to bust this one out again.
I don't know if you can access it, though, if you're not a member! Please click on the link below. If it doesn't work, I'll figure something out! :)
